• You will receive a confirmation message on every approved purchase
• Upon confirmation of 1st purchase, get an assured INR 3 lacs accidental Insurance and Toolkit.
• Repeat Step 2 after every purchase.

• Employees of JSW Steel Ltd, its affiliates and subsidiaries or members of any corporate or industrial account of JSW Steel Ltd are not eligible for this membership.
• Membership is non-transferable and subject to present and future program rules. Enrolment becomes effective only on acceptance of these terms and conditions upon new member enrollment in the JSW Steel Privilege Club Partner Program. The program rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation are subject to change, in whole or in part, any time without notice.
• JSW Steel Ltd, may change or terminate program partners withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates at any time without notice.
• Abuse of the JSW Steel Privilege Club Partner Program, including failure to follow program policies & procedures the sale or barter of reward certificates, product, promotional, offers and any misrepresentation of the fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by JSW Steel Ltd in its sole judgement, may result cancellation of the member's account and future disqualification from program participation, cancellation of previously issued but unused reward certificates and termination of the business relationship with JSW Steel Ltd. JSW Steel Ltd reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as it deems necessary, and to recover damages, attorney's fees and court costs.
• JSW Steel Ltd, reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by JSW Steel Ltd shall be final and conclusive in each case
• JSW Steel Ltd, reserves the right to make offers available to select members based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation or information supplied by the member.
• JSW Steel Ltd., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel an individual membership.
• Privacy policy: The information provided by the member will be used solely by JSW Steel Ltd and for tracking marketing activities only. It will not be sold or provided to other organizations except the agency which executes the program.
• The program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be subjected to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only.
• Purchase Registration has to be done within 15 days from the date of Purchase on our toll free number. After 15 days, purchase registration will not be accepted.
• JSW Steel Ltd in its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue the program at any point of time.
